• Send spam, malware, or deceptive communications through the system
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to your organization
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• Use PoolPulse in a way that puts the security, performance, or reliability of the platform at risk

We reserve the right to investigate misuse, limit access, or suspend accounts when activity violates these guidelines or threatens the platform.
