You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Managing access for your staff
• Ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate

Your organization owns its data.

PoolPulse does not claim ownership of your member data, financial data, or operational data.

We act as a processor of that data to provide the service.

We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or external factors.

If your plan includes paid features:

• Fees are billed according to your selected plan
• Failure to pay may result in restricted access

You may stop using PoolPulse at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PoolPulse is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
